Documents And Regulations When Using Third Party Channels Of Distribution

When you are developing or redeveloping your distribution program using third party channels, you may need to create new or revise the distribution agreements that you are using. You may also have to prepare separate disclosure documents and even file or register your documents with regulatory agencies in the US and other countries. In the US, you may also have to comply with separate state regulations. You should retain competent legal counsel to help you with this.
